​Black Square Engineering is a team of engineers who specialize in industrial plant, machine design and regulatory compliance. With a reputation for experience, knowledge, creativity in design, as well as problem solving and practical solutions.

Our forte is front line engineering. Using our experience to bring the technical and theoretical together to provide solutions. Whether it's an experimental industrial process requiring testing and research, or condition assessment of aging machinery, our mix of higher and dual qualified engineers who enjoy getting their hands dirty on the tools is what we offer.

Our base of clients range from manufacturers, fabricators, service providers, plant operators and asset managers. All who have a need for highly technical, experienced and capable engineers. Either on a continuous or project basis, or for contract and consulting engagements.​

​Our main office is located in Capalaba Qld which additionally houses our testing facilities. This space allows us to have some fun, prove technologies and get on with what we do best. We also have regional offices located in Toowoomba, Townsville & the Sunshine Coast to provide for local service.
